ラッキーカードの交換方法
（日本国内のお客様）
本商品にはごくまれに「ラッキーカード」が封入されています。
ラッキーカードはそのカードに記載された各メンバーの直筆サイン入りカードとの交換券です。
以下の要領で交換させていただきます。

登録をお願いします。

D.I.V.E.に登録したプレイヤー名とメールアドレスを記載した紙と「ラッキーカード」を同封のうえ、お住いの地域ごとに以下まで封書で発送ください。
(ラッキーカードの送料はお客様のご負担でお願いいたします。)
＊交換期間：2024年2月29日～2025年2月28日消印有効

- 運営事務局にて確認後、順次D.I.V.E.ご登録の住所へ「サインカード証明書」と「サインカード」を発送させていただきます。
- 注意事項

- ＊ラッキーカードの転売・売買はお控えください。
- ＊偽造防止のため、ラッキーカードのSNS等での公開はお控えください。
- ＊ラッキーカードは交換券です。ゲームでは使用できません。
- ＊交換後のカードは、ＳＣカードの直筆サイン仕様です。
- ＊D.I.V.E.に記入いただいた情報をもとに直筆サインカードを送付いたしますので、登録に間違いがないようご確認をお願いします。
- ＊すでに登録済みの方は新たに登録の必要はありません。
- ＊お客様からの郵送・運送時の紛失等は交換対象外となりますので予めご了承ください。
- ＊偽造品と認められた場合は交換対応いたしません。
- ＊上記要領は日本国内限定になります。
幸运卡的兑换方法
（日本境外的客人适用）
在极少数情况下，本品会附带一张 “幸运卡“→「ラッキーカード」 。
幸运卡是一张兑换券，可兑换幸运卡上所记载成员的直笔签名卡。
兑换方式如下：

请将幸运卡与记载了收件信息（包含姓名,地址和电话号码）的纸张，一同邮寄到以下地址。(客户需承担幸运卡的运费。)
*兑换期限：2024年2月29日--2025年2月28日（以寄件日期为准）。

- 经确认后，[签名卡证书]和[签名卡]将一同寄往您所提供的收件地址。
- 注意事項

- *请勿转售或交易幸运卡。
- *为防止伪造，请勿在社交平台上公布您的幸运卡。
- *幸运卡仅用于兑换直笔签名卡， 不具备游戏对战功能。
- *兑换后的卡牌为带成员直笔签名的SC卡。
- *我们会将签名卡寄回到您提供的地址，因此请确保收件信息没有错误。
- *请注意，如果客人在邮寄或运输过程中遗失了幸运卡，则无法进行兑换。
- *如果发现幸运卡为假冒产品，将不予更换。
- 上述兑换方法仅适用于日本境外。

幸運卡片是在幸運卡片上記載各成員親筆簽名的交換券。
遵守並配合以下的內容即可交換：

- *為避免有心人士偽造，還請不要將幸運卡片公開在SNS上。
- *幸運卡片僅作為交換券的用途。是無法在遊戲中使用。
- *交換後的卡片是SC卡片的親筆簽名式樣。
- *親筆簽名卡片將會寄送至和交換券和一同包裝的收件資訊，書寫時還請留意是否為正確資訊。
- *若為消費者寄送時而產生的遺失或其他糾紛，恕無法提供任何補償，請留意。
- *若卡片為偽造品或無法辨識的狀態，恕無法接受兌換。
- 上述僅適用於日本海外。
Exchange Method for Lucky Cards
(For Customers Outside of Japan)
On rare occasions, the "Lucky Card" is included in this product.
The Lucky Card serves as an exchange voucher for an exclusive card with the handwritten signature of one of the members as indicated on the Lucky Card. The exchange method will be as stated below.

Please enclose a paper with your address, name and phone number along with the "Lucky Card," and send it by mail to the address below.
The shipping cost for the lucky card will be borne by the customer.
Exchange Period: From February 29 2024 to February 28 2025, validity based on the postmarks stamped.

Genesis Frontier will send your Lucky Ticket to the domestic management office in Japan.
After confirmation, we will send the card to Genesis Frontier and they will send the "Signature Card Certificate" and "Signature Card" to the address provided in the mail received with the lucky card.

- ＊To prevent forgery, refrain from publicly sharing Lucky Cards on social media, etc.
