下記用紙を印刷したもの、または任意の白紙にD.I.V.E.に登録した「プレイヤー名」と「招待ID」を記載した紙と「ラッキーカード」を同封のうえ、以下ビルディバイド運営事務局まで封書にてご発送ください。(ラッキーカードの送料はお客様のご負担でお願いいたします。)

事務局にて確認後、順次D.I.V.E.ご登録住所へ「サインカード証明書」と「サインカード」を発送させていただきます。

• ※ラッキーカードの転売・売買はお控えください。​
• ※偽造防止のため、ラッキーカードのSNS等での公開はお控えください。
• ※ラッキーカードは交換券です。ゲームでは使用できません。​
• ※交換後のカードは、SCカードの直筆サイン仕様です。
• ※ご同封いただいた紙に記載された情報や、D.I.V.E.にご登録いただいた情報に誤りがある場合、景品を発送できない場合がございますので記載、登録には誤りがないようご注意ください。​
• ※D.I.V.E.にすでに登録済みの方は新たに登録の必要はありません。​
• ※お客様からの郵送・運送時の紛失等は交換対象外となりますので予めご了承ください。​
• ※偽造品と認められた場合は交換対応いたしません。​
• ※景品の再交換はできかねますので、ご了承ください。​
• ※上記要領は日本国内限定になります。​

将幸运卡与记载了收件信息（包含姓名,地址和电话号码）的纸张，一同邮寄到以下地址。(客户需承担幸运卡的运费。)

经确认后，[签名卡证书]和[签名卡]将一同寄往您所提供的收件地址。

• *请勿转售或交易幸运卡。
• *为防止伪造，请避免在SNS等平台公开幸运卡。
• *幸运卡仅用于兑换直笔签名卡， 不具备游戏对战功能。
• *兑换后的卡牌为带成员直笔签名的SC卡。
• *幸运卡兑换仅限一次，不支持更换。
• *我们会将签名卡寄回到您提供的地址，因此请确保收件信息没有错误。
• *请注意，如果客人在邮寄或运输过程中遗失了幸运卡，则无法进行兑换。
• *如果发现幸运卡为假冒产品，将不予更换。

上述兑换方法仅适用于日本境外。

• *獎品僅能兌換一次，無法重複兌換，請留意。​
• *親筆簽名卡片將會寄送至和交換券和一同包裝的收件資訊，書寫時還請留意是否為正確資訊。​
• *若為消費者寄送時而產生的遺失或其他糾紛，恕無法提供任何補償，請留意。​
• *若卡片為偽造品或無法辨識的狀態，恕無法接受兌換。​

Genesis Frontier will send your Lucky Ticket to the domestic management office in Japan.
After confirmation, we will send the card to Genesis Frontier and they will send the "Signature Card Certificate" and "Signature Card" to the address provided in the mail received with the lucky card.

• ※Please refrain from reselling or buying Lucky Cards.
• ※To prevent forgery, refrain from publicly sharing Lucky Cards on social media, etc.
• ※The Lucky Card is an exchange voucher and cannot be used in the game.
• ※The card after exchange is a handwritten signature specification of the SC card.
• ※Please understand that we cannot exchange the prize again.
• ※Please confirm that there are no errors in the address provided when sending the exchange voucher, as we will send the handwritten signature card to the address provided.
• ※Please take note that all delivery fees will be borne by the sender.
• ※Please note that loss during mailing or transportation from you will not be eligible for exchange.
• ※We will not handle exchanges if the item is determined to be counterfeit.
